2. Scope

These Terms apply to all purchases made on storica.co.uk by consumers resident in the United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

3. Products & Availability

We endeavour to describe and photograph products accurately. Minor variations in colour, materials or layout may occur. Availability is not guaranteed and we may withdraw products at any time.

4. Prices, Taxes & Currency

• All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
• Prices exclude any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply on delivery to the UK. The recipient is responsible for such charges where applicable.
• We may change prices at any time; the price payable is the price displayed at checkout when you place your order.

5. Orders & Contract

• Your order is an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation email; acceptance and the contract of sale are formed when we dispatch your items and send a dispatch confirmation.
• We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud or incomplete information). Any payments taken for cancelled orders will be refunded.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen method and that the details are correct.

7. Shipping, Dispatch & Delivery

• Dispatch time: orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 24–48 hours (working days).
• Transit time: estimated delivery is 5 to 9 working days after dispatch. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
• Tracking information will be provided where available. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing).
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please check parcels upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.

8. Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

• To cancel, email contact@storica.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement.
• Return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
• We will refund the price paid (and the standard outbound delivery cost, if charged) within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of you providing evidence of return.
• We may deduct an amount for any loss in value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (in addition to your statutory rights)

• If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days at contact@storica.co.uk with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
• Personalised or custom-made items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.

10. Customs & Import

Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs checks. Any duties, VAT or fees assessed by UK authorities are the recipient’s responsibility. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

11. Warranty & Liability

• Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any loss arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on storica.co.uk (including text, images, graphics and trademarks) is owned by or licensed to MGBC SRL and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or use it without prior written consent.

13. Reviews & User Content

By submitting a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for marketing and customer service purposes.

15. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, carrier failures or governmental actions.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction. UK consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or the ODR platform where available.
